I am a psychotherapy extern who works with individuals in New York City and throughout New York state. I specialize in therapy for mood disorders and anxiety, with a particular focus on serving creative professionals and college students.

I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I prioritize mindfulness, acceptance, flexibility, and values-based positive change.
