At times, emotions may feel overwhelming, while at other moments you feel numb or disconnected. Life, like the ocean, comes in waves. Some sets are gentle, and others are surging. In those moments when the current sweeps you out know that you don’t have to swim alone. I support individuals working through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am here to wade in the water with you, sit at the water’s edge, or hold space until the tide shifts, and the tides always shift.
My approach to therapy is rooted in creating safety, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience. I view therapy as a sacred space where I meet you where you are, support you through vulnerable moments, and honor your journey as it ebbs and flows. Together, we work to build coping skills, connection, and capacity for healing.
