Welcome to Barrat Behavioral Health & Consulting. I'm glad you are here! As a board-certified PMHNP and FNP, I believe in using a holistic, biopsychosocial, and collaborative approach to meet your behavioral health needs. I have over 8 years of experience in a variety of areas including primary care and diverse psychiatric and mental health care including mood disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, grief, adjustment disorders, and other psychiatric concerns. I help individuals struggling with mental health issues become the best version of themselves.

Having worked with people of all ages who seek help with diverse psychiatric problems, I have developed a tried-and true playbook for helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My aim is to cultivate a therapeutic relationship you can trust. This aim comes from a place of genuine interest to understand your true self, what you are looking for, and how to work together.

If you think you might need a psychiatric evaluation/medication management, let's connect. I look forward to our first step together.
