Equilibria Mental Health LLC is a clinician-owned private practice dedicated to supporting college students with compassionate, individualized care. Our large and diverse team of more than 30 clinicians brings extensive experience in treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating and body image issues, identity development, performance, academic burnout, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
We offer both in-person sessions at our Braintree and Dedham offices and flexible telehealth options to meet students wherever they are. Our clinicians draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), =and mindfulness-based approaches. We are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where students can explore, heal, and grow.
