Emily Szabla is a warm, present and collaborative therapist who is dedicated to helping people discover their strengths, find their voice and navigate life with more clarity and confidence. As a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) Emily works with children, adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

Emily has her Master’s degree in Counseling and is known for her thoughtful client-centered approach. She uses evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices and solution-focused strategies while always tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Her areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation and self-esteem. Emily creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. She loves working with children and teens helping them develop resilience, coping tools and a stronger sense of self.

Clients often describe Emily as grounding, empathetic and genuinely invested in their growth. She believes meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship – and she’s honored to walk alongside her clients on their healing journey.

In her free time Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with loved ones and finding joy in the small moments.
