Hannah Miller
College and early adulthood can feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing, and you don’t
have to navigate it alone. As a therapist, I’m committed to creating a space where students feel
seen, supported, and empowered to navigate both the challenges and growth opportunities that
come with college life. My approach blends compassion, collaboration, and trauma-informed
practices to help students build resilience, deepen self‑understanding, and move toward
meaningful change.
I work with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration,
relationship stress, academic pressure, and career counseling. My goal is to meet each client
with curiosity and respect, honoring their unique story and personal strengths. I understand as a
student how hectic academic life can be. I strive to facilitate a therapeutic space where
individuals can freely communicate their feelings, find their own voice, and process their
experiences.
Together, we identify what’s getting in the way and develop useful tools to support emotional
well‑being and personal thriving. If you are interested in beginning therapy or have any
questions about my therapy services I am happy to chat by phone or email.
