To measure your overall progress, I encourage incorporating your feedback to reflect on what works well and what can be improved.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Psychodynamic approach to establish objectives, explore connections between thoughts and feelings, and develop insight into underlying issues. Over the course of therapy, I support you as you learn to challenge and change thinking patterns while recognizing how resurfacing relational experiences impact your well-being.
