Accepting clients Last Updated 7 days ago

Immediate openings available. Do you have anxiety, OCD, stress, or depression that is negatively affecting your life? Have you wanted to try therapy, but didn’t know where to start? There is hope, and I am here to help. So, what’s different about therapy with me? I believe in whole-person healing and integrate strategies for taking care of your mind, emotions and body to achieve wellness. I am highly trained in evidence-based mental health counseling approaches and in health coaching and use methods from both disciplines to help you calm your nervous system and activate change.
I offer a trauma-sensitive, gentle approach and keep your preferences, needs and goals in mind, while allowing you to be in charge of your own therapy. I offer an empathetic ear, warm demeanor, positive regard and objective feedback or a gentle push if appropriate. One thing I believe strongly is that you have the strength inside to heal.
You can live a healthy and happy intentional life. Through integrating evidence-based approaches to both mental and physical health you can implement real solutions for balanced living. I offer exclusively telehealth appointments so you can meet conveniently from anywhere in Massachusetts. Please be sure your location feels safe and private.
