Welcome to Healing Path. College can be overwhelming, and it’s common to feel stressed, anxious, burned out, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can provide a supportive space to talk openly, process challenges, and build healthier ways to cope with the pressures of school, relationships, family, work, and life transitions.
I am Kelly DiGuilio, and I work with college students navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, academic pressure, self-esteem struggles, grief, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, helping students feel comfortable being themselves while learning practical tools for healing and growth.
Sessions are virtual, flexible, and designed to fit into busy student schedules. Whether you are struggling with stress, feeling stuck, processing past experiences, or simply wanting more balance and confidence, Healing Path offers a space where you can feel supported and understood.
