Laura Carney
The use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Relational Cultural Theory inform my work with work with adult clients (18+) who struggle with many of life's challenges including: anxiety, depression, trauma, navigating relationships, and ADHD as well as navigating life's many transitions. Creating a safe space and building a strong therapeutic relationship characterized by acceptance and care is the foundation to addressing many of life's many challenges. I take great care to honor and respect the unique aspects of each client while helping to empower them to develop tools to attain and maintain emotional balance.
