Hi, I’m a therapy intern at Lotus Counseling Center and I’m finishing my Master’s at Saint Mary’s University. I have a background in intake coordination and administrative work at mental health facilities, so I understand how to help clients get connected to the care they need. I work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges, providing a safe and supportive space to explore feelings and learn coping skills. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
