Hi, I'm Marie. Life has a way of handing us more than we feel ready for, whether it is a loss, a change you did not choose, or a worry that just will not quiet down. When you are in the middle of it, you do not have to carry it alone.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, and I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and family conflict. Across schools and community settings, one thing has stayed true for me: everyone has a story, and every story deserves curiosity instead of judgment. I will meet you where you are and help you build on the strengths you already have, drawing on CBT, solution-focused work, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
What matters most is that our time together feels safe, honest, and genuinely yours. I promise to honor your story, celebrate your progress, and walk alongside you the whole way.
