Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

I specialize in adult and teen clients navigating traumatic life experiences, transitions, and integrations. When working with clients, I focus on the nervous system and somatic perspectives to gain a deeper understanding as to why clients may be experiencing certain symptoms. I believe that we all have complex and unique stories that require a similar treatment plan – honoring a person within their environment. I focus on supporting and empowering clients to figure out who they are, what they want, and providing the tools and resources to get them there.
I work through a somatic, attachment-focused and trauma-informed lens. I believe that trauma is an in-body experience that requires an in-body approach, while also providing space to talk through and process emotions. I offer clients the freedom to process their journey in ways that feel most beneficial for them, while utilizing evidence-based practices.
I create a safe, authentic, and accepting space where clients can feel both valued and seen as their true selves. I show up to session as a real person that communicates with my clients in a genuine, nonjudgemental way. If you are looking for a therapist who will take the time to know you, believe you, and support you through it all, send me a message.
