Nikki King
I believe therapy can help people overcome obstacles, achieve their full potential, and work towards meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to develop customized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and respect for each individual's experiences and perspectives. I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.
My goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to live their best lives. I'm committed to helping each person I work with develop the skills and tools they need to overcome challenges, build resilience, and find joy and fulfillment in their lives.
