I offer online therapy for women with relationship issues of all kinds. Whether you’re struggling to communicate and get what you need in your romantic relationship, set boundaries with family members, navigate the dating world successfully, maintain positive connections with your kids, or find your place with colleagues or friends, I can help you explore and identify what you want and need, communicate clearly, and stay true to your authentic self.

I work from an LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and HAES-affirming, feminist lens with an approach that incorporates mind-body, cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and person-centered interventions. I believe you are the expert in yourself, and I’m here to ask the questions and give the feedback and strategies needed to help you uncover what’s been there all along.

I provide virtual therapy to California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I take Aetna, Optum and BCBS of Massachusetts insurance plans and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. You can learn more about therapy with me and book a consultation on my website at norabicetherapy. com
