Hello! My name is Stacey Shine.
Do you feel like you just aren't where you used to be in life?
I like to work with clients to get them back to their best level of functioning. My goal in therapy is to essentially work myself out of a job. I want to empower you to tackle whatever obstacles you are facing. In time - you won't need me!
Therapy with me is very personalized. I like to make it fit whoever my client is. Sometimes therapy is traditional talk therapy while other times it can include art or movement. I think each person has a unique set of needs and my goal is to try and meet those needs as best as I can.
