Thomas Zachar
Life can be really dang hard at times—together we can focus on personal growth, healing, and increasing the quality of your experience. Our relationships and environments are core to who we are. Fortunately, therapy is a tried and true way to empower our mental health, wellness, and growth. I am here to connect with and understand your unique circumstances so that we can safely navigate any challenges that arise.
With a foundation of psychodynamic therapy, my theoretical framework includes emphasis on existential, humanistic, mindfulness, and emotional-focused theories while also tailoring additional methods to each unique individual. The primary topics I address with my clients are anxiety, depression, relationships, anger, and spirituality.
Alongside my professional development I enjoy fostering dogs and cats, reading, playing basketball, and spending quality time outdoors. Check in with me by phone or email to see if we are a good match!
