Transformative Therapy & Coaching is a group practice in Colorado Springs offering neurodivergent-affirming therapy for teens, college students, and young adults. We specialize in ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and the big transitions that come with college and early adulthood. Our clinicians draw on IFS, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting to work with how each student's brain actually works.
We offer telehealth anywhere in Colorado with plenty of evening appointments, so therapy fits around class and work. Weekly and ongoing sessions are available for students who need more support than short-term care provides. We accept most Colorado insurance, including Anthem/Blue Cross, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, and traditional Colorado Medicaid, and provide superbills for out-of-network plans. Students can book a free 15-minute consult online.
