Welcome!

We are a practice that centers the mental health needs of LGBTQIA2S+ and Black, Indigenous, and other persons of color (BIPOC) identities. The majority of our therapists are LGBGQIA2S+ identified and hold other marginalized identities as well. Additionally, many of our therapists and our clients are also neurodivergent.

What to Expect
We take a person-centered approach: you are the expert on you. We bring empathy, openness, and honesty, meeting your courage with compassion. Above all, we’re committed to creating a safe, affirming space for every identity and lived experience.

At the heart of what we do is identity-affirming therapy. This approach honors and validates a person’s lived experience, identities, relationships, and communities. It actively addresses the harm caused by racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, heterosexism, and ableism, while recognizing your identity is a source of strength, culture, and resilience.

We also take a culturally responsive view of care. Your full identity matters here: gender, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, spirituality or religion, finances, physical health, age, and relationship patterns all shape how life feels and how healing happens.

We offer support for individuals, children, teens, couples, relationships, and families. Our team of social workers, counselors, marriage & family therapists, and interns use a wide range of therapy approaches to meet your specific needs.

Note: We know there is a lot of stigma associated with seeking therapy. Maybe even you, dear reader, believe therapy is something to be ashamed of. We do not believe this at all. We believe attending therapy is a powerful act of self-care and self-love. Therapy can be a place for you to find healing, learn skills, and share what is on your mind and heart with an objective, empathetic, and trained specialist – and so much more.
