If you are feeling dissatisfied in your relationships or if you are feeling anxious and stuck adjusting to changes, we will work together to find hope in your life and growth towards your goals. I work with couples and adults who are highly motivated to learn communication strategies that lead to genuine connection, collaboration and compromise, and unlearn communication patterns that lead to disconnection, disappointment and despair. As a life long learner, I am passionate about helping individuals, students and professionals identify their purpose, meaning and "why" as an antidote to burnout and stress. I have experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which provides a helpful set of tools to cope with distress and help you be more present in the moment. I have Level 2 training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. As a fellow parent, I enjoy supporting couples and individuals as you adjust to the joys and stressors of becoming parents and helping you balance the flexibility and structure required in expanding your family unit. I have Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy which offers evidenced-based accessible, practical, take home communication tools to build your relationship. Grass Roots Healing, LLC
Dr. Jessica Reyka, Psy.D., the founder and owner of Grass Roots Healing, LLC, is a firm believer that in order to reconnect and heal, we must first go back to the "root" of the problem or concern, which often stems far back into one's life, and then work towards healing from an inward-out approach. "The stronger our roots are, the more beautiful the leaves that come from the tree"; similar to the process of therapy where we rebuild the foundation from which you view the world and create a life/beliefs/behaviors that are more in alignment with your true values and authentic self. Dr. Reyka's experience involves complex trauma, attachment & relationship issues, anxiety & other mood disorders, adoption-related trauma, & rebuilding skills related to relaxation and stress management. She approaches therapy in a collaborative manner, truly connecting with her clients, listening to their needs/goals, while gently guiding them in healing. Grass Roots Healing, LLC is a safe place for LGBTQIAPK+ individuals & all ethnic and minority groups. We strive to embrace diversity within our practice and therapeutic work. We also strive to bring evidence-based interventions and holistic approaches/modalities into the therapeutic process. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

How are you doing right now? And what do you need? Maybe you know exactly; maybe you need some help to figure that out as you adjust to college life or deal with other stressors you might be experiencing right now. Either way, I really want to acknowledge your courage in seeking support. I offer a compassionate space to work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, grief, trauma, and relationship issues, to transition through stages of life, or to make meaning out of tough things you have been through along the way. Services are available to anyone in Colorado. And, as a longtime climber and backcountry splitboarder, I also offer empathetic support for the unique needs of the mountain sports, outdoor recreation, and SAR communities. In our sessions, my role will be to help you identify and soothe underlying emotional wounding beneath problematic coping mechanisms that can form due to painful experiences, relationship difficulties, or other trauma. For relationships, I serve as a guide to help partners build trust and understanding by learning how to feel more secure with one another. Depending on your needs, we can use elements of traditional talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, nature-based methods, CBT, and more. I offer a balance of supportive listening, gentle challenging, and tools for managing difficult feelings. And, throughout our work together, I will always invite you to collaborate on goals, methods we use, and next steps. TO SCHEDULE A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION... If it seems like I could be a fit for you, send me an email or leave me a voicemail with your name, number, a little bit about the support you might be seeking, and some times you might be available. Hunter Montoya
Hello! I’m Hunter, and I'm a licensed psychologist. In our work together, I'm committed to the creation of a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship through which you can experience the warmth, trust, and support necessary to access your strengths and cultivate self-compassion. I integrate several evidence-based approaches to therapy in order to align with your individual needs, and I find it important to apply a strengths-based, multicultural lens to ensure that you’re understood accurately in the context of the life you’ve lived. I enjoy treating a very wide range of concerns, from the stress of life transitions to relationship challenges to chronic thoughts of suicide. I strive to treat you with warmth, dignity, and respect. I’m passionate about using therapy as a tool of liberation, as our mental health is deeply related to both the quality of our relationships and the challenging circumstances of our daily lives. My hope is that our time together can empower you to meet your personal goals and to navigate life’s adversities with meaning and satisfaction. By working together to foster self-trust, agency, and empowerment in the face of adversity and complex societal systems, I believe our work together can be an important step towards dismantling widespread systems of oppression. I know from experience that finding a therapist who feels like a great fit can be an overwhelming and exhausting process. Please feel free to explore my website (found at the bottom of this page) and to contact me by phone or email at any time. From my website, you can schedule a free consultation call that will allow us to connect more, and I’ll be happy to answer any questions that you may have. (And a consultation call can also allow you to get a better sense of my presence than I’m able to convey in written form!) I’m currently able to accept clients who are insured in Colorado with Aetna, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Kaiser, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare insurances, as well as Rocky Mountain Health Plans (the western coverage region of Colorado Medicaid), and I strive to update my in-network coverage here so it remains current.
Gracious Mind Therapy
College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. Between classes, relationships, friendships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel like you're supposed to have everything figured out when you're still trying to find your footing. I'm Grace, and I'm a therapist who works with young adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, identity, and the pressure to "have it all together". My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgement-free. Therapy isn't about telling you what you SHOULD do. It's a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and build a life that actually feels like yours. Whether you're struggling to manage the demands of college, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feel like something is "off", you don't have to figure it out alone. We can work together to understand what's underneath the stress, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you feel more confident moving forward. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to email me to set one up. I can't wait to meet you!

Annah Wisotzkey
Annah works best with college students and young adults who feel stuck in the middle of big life transitions. Many of the students she supports are neurodivergent and feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or pressured to mask in order to fit in. Others are working through the impact of past family experiences that still show up in current relationships. They’re trying to understand who they are, manage expectations, and create healthier patterns without burning out. Annah has 14 years of experience working with neurodivergent folks and young adults. She offers a warm, relaxed space where students feel welcomed as they are. Her style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real conversations, using humor and thoughtful questions to help therapy feel less intimidating and more human. Sessions focus on building insight while also learning tools students can use in everyday life. Students who struggled to connect with past therapists often feel comfortable with Annah quickly. She meets students where they are, moves at their pace while still offering gentle challenges, and prioritizes creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely understanding.

Natalie Worobel Counseling
My counseling skills and qualifications cover a wide variety of areas but are particularly well suited for adults who want to become more empowered and for those who struggle with digital media overuse including things like gaming, porn, social media, gambling, sports betting, shopping, and internet addiction. As your therapist my goal is to help you improve your relationships, starting with the most important relationship of all the one you have with yourself. Personal empowerment covers many areas of mental wellness including managing anxiety, letting go of people-pleasing and codependency traits, as well as integrating more boundaries, assertiveness, and authenticity into your life. Many of my clients have accomplished several their life goals but struggle to feel connected in their relationships or live a balanced life. I love helping people recognize their strengths as well as guiding them to understand what is getting in their way of living the life that they want. Therapy with me is insight-oriented and skills-based. I am intentional in balancing my role as both someone who provides support and someone who challenges you to grow. I believe therapy is not just helpful for those experiencing unwanted psychiatric symptoms, but also for people who have the desire to become the best version of themselves. An overarching theme in my work is supporting clients to become more empowered by discovering ways they can take more ownership of their lives. Therapy can be an exciting place to learn more about yourself and help you engage with the world in new ways, which in turn has the potential to not only benefit your life, but also the lives of the people you care the most about. If this resonates with you, reach out to set up a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit working together. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

There’s no guidebook for life. It’s easy to feel like you’re falling short when you’re just trying to get through the day. Maybe you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or unmotivated, but continue pushing yourself because you believe there’s no other option, all the while feeling that you’re never measuring up. It might feel like a foreign concept to slow down and listen to what you truly need in each moment, but with the right support, making this shift is possible, and it might give you the relief you need. I’ll focus on helping you learn to be kind and compassionate toward yourself so that you can start living your life from a place of “already enough,” and begin taking actions that truly support your well-being. Sometimes, learning to accept yourself as you are is the first step toward meaningful change. Together, we can explore what might be getting in the way of becoming the person you want to be. I'm here to help you learn how to embrace the person you already are to create the life you desire. If this feels like the right path for you, I’d love to explore working together.
