Hive Health
At Hive Health, we believe healing is not one‑size‑fits‑all. Whether you’re a medical student carrying the weight of burnout, a young adult navigating life transitions, or a teen exploring your identity, you deserve care that sees the whole you. Like a hive, our well‑being is interconnected. When one part struggles, the whole system feels it. That’s why our approach is trauma‑informed, holistic, and culturally humble, addressing not just symptoms, but the deeper roots of stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
Betsy Frasier
I specialize in dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress reduction. The students I’ve worked with have learned to recognize and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, resulting in increased energy and focus. I’ve worked with students to develop healthy boundaries and coping skills to balance demands of academic and social life.
Little Nook Therapy, LLC
My practice is designed to support students who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the challenges of navigating new phases in life. Whether it’s the pressure of academic or family expectations, managing cultural tensions, or struggling with uncertainty about the future, I understand how these issues can make even day-to-day tasks feel heavy and consuming. Many of my clients find themselves caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling stuck between different identities and responsibilities. As a first-generation immigrant and veteran, I bring both lived experience and clinical insight to the work I do. I specialize in supporting immigrants and children of immigrants who are balancing complex cultural dynamics while trying to succeed academically, socially, and personally. My goal is to help students like you break free from the weight of these internal and external pressures, and move toward a life that feels grounded and self-directed. Together, we’ll create a plan that is realistic, culturally responsive, and tailored to your goals. If you’re ready to explore new ways of coping, build confidence, and feel more in control of your path forward, I’m here to offer support, insight, and tools to help you thrive.

I realize you have been working hard to create the life of your dreams and somewhere along the way things went wrong, and you feel like you lost your magic -nothing is really wrong, but something ain't right. Podcasts and inspirational social media inspo posts may help a little, but you are ready to engage in some authentic self care If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, worried, lacking confidence or motivation, having difficulties in work relationships, experiencing intimacy issues, struggling with perfectionism, or just feeling exhausted and ready to move into alignment with your highest self, I am here to help and support you! At Flourish Therapy Bar, you will have a safe, confidential space free of judgment to process all that is happening in your world. I use research-backed, culturally affirming techniques that support holistic wellbeing. You can expect to gain new perspectives, learn new skills, release shame, and create and implement a plan that gets you out of your head and back into LOVING your best life. Let me help you prioritize your peace and pursue pleasure with ease! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board Certified Life Coach, and Clinical Hypnotherapist that specializes in short-term, holistic approaches. I use approaches that are centered in liberation-focused and feminist therapies/theories which recognize there are often major systems at play (racism, anti-blackness, sexism, classism, misogynoir, capitalism to name a few) influencing how we think and feel about ourselves and our lives. Together, you and I will work to rediscover your authentic self and ways of being that are free from these systems or at the least, engaging with them on your terms. At Flourish Therapy Bar, the personal and the professional are deeply intertwined, reflecting a commitment to inclusivity, joy, sustainability, freedom, accessibility, and courage. These values are ideals and active principles that guide every aspect of our practice.

Martin Mental Health
The freedom of life after high school was supposed to feel different than this. The college and young adult years are full of possibility with new experiences, new independence, and the freedom to begin shaping life on your own terms. It’s exciting to explore who you are and what you want, with so many paths open ahead. But that same freedom has left you frozen in fear. With so many new experiences, choices, and no clear “right” answers, it’s easy to slip into second-guessing, pressure, or self-doubt. You’ve gone from knowing exactly what you were doing and excelling to feeling lost and suddenly feeling that perfect 4.0 slipping away. What should feel like possibility can quickly start to feel like a burden and you just want someone to tell you what to do with your life. I help high-achieving students like you gain clarity and perspective as they tackle these exciting, yet sometimes anxiety provoking, milestones because feeling at home in your studies, career, and connections is essential to living a fulfilled life.
Rebecca Ahmadi
My job is about hope. I help students struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress. These symptoms can interfere with your schoolwork and wellness. Many of my former clients tell me that they were surprised and relieved to feel so much better after therapy. They were unsure if they would ever find relief from the challenges they had. That is why I do what I do. It is a joy to share in that journey of healing. I have found the most important thing is to tailor my approach to each person's specific needs. Therapy is not one size fits all. For example, I often find expressive arts to be helpful when overcoming trauma. I also have a special place in my heart for those who struggle with eating disorders and self harm.
