If you struggle to find balance among the world and your mind's endless uncertainties, you are in the right place. We often work so hard to get rid of or avoid what's uncomfortable - who wouldn’t? The trouble is, this doesn’t support growth in the long run. I aim to help you build resilience, find every day magic, and create intentional daily practices in order to learn new ways to engage with your mind and the world you exist in. Let us not just target symptoms but gain a deep understanding of self to make meaningful long term changes.
Erin Correira
Welcome! I offer teletherapy to adults across Massachusetts who are navigating life's uncertainties. Whether you feel burdened by anxiety, are moving through a significant life transition, are experiencing mood shifts, are caught in cycles of obsessive thinking, or are simply overwhelmed by everyday stressors, you do not have to face it alone. There is space here to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and begin relating to your experiences in a new way. I strive to bring warmth, connection, humor and authenticity to my work with clients, helping them connect to valued living alongside life’s many challenges.

Etamar (Eat-ah-mar) Prizament
Now accepting clients as of May, 2026! My name is Etamar and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with teens, college students, and young adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, low mood, trauma, identity questions, addiction, and the pressure of figuring out life while it keeps moving. I help clients better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Therapy can be a place to feel supported, challenged, and guided toward a more confident and grounded version of yourself. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and real. I’m not here to just nod and reflect. I use CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce stress, and create meaningful change. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to what actually works for them. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify what feels overwhelming, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build a plan for progress. My practice is practical, honest, and personalized.
Chelsey Adams, LICSW
I work best with clients who may appear to have it together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many are navigating trauma, OCD, mood changes, identity exploration, or relationship stress. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and those looking for an authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves and heal.
Dajha Scott
It’s common to show up feeling like you’re managing on the outside but overwhelmed internally by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. My goal is to create a steady space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build coping tools that feel realistic and usable beyond session.
Christine McKenzie, LCSW
I work with clients who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to look at what's not working in their lives. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical…over time, clients feel more grounded, self-compassionate, and in control of the choices that shape their daily lives.

On the surface it looks like things are going well, but deep down you are overwhelmed and struggling to hold it all together. You may be trying to balance grades, social pressure, and expectations of others, while also figuring out who you are and what you want in your life. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. The racing thoughts, the overthinking, the fear of judgment—it can all feel like too much. Figuring out who you are and what you want in life can be messy. I am here to support you as you navigate life change and who you are in the midst of those changes. My hope is to help you decrease anxiety while building up your confidence and trust in yourself. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I utilize a client centered and trauma informed care approach in my work. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support you and the goals that feel most important to you.
Tammy Vo
Hi, I'm Tammy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and more than five years of outpatient experience. I love partnering with adults from all walks of life, and I bring a warm, trauma-informed approach to everything we do together. Most of my clients come to me while navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or relationship challenges. These are the moments when it is easiest to feel alone, and my goal is to help you build resilience, form healthier connections, and rediscover a sense of calm that may feel out of reach right now. I draw on tools like CBT, ACT, and DBT and tailor our work to what actually fits your life. I believe you are in the driver's seat of your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and my job is to help you find your way there. Therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are, untangle what feels tangled, and move toward the version of yourself you want to be. When I'm not with clients, you'll find me traveling, trying new cafes, and making my daily matcha latte. I see clients through WellQor, which provides online therapy so you can meet with me from wherever you are most comfortable. To get started, visit the WellQor website and fill out the Get Started form. A patient liaison will then text you the next steps and help schedule your first session.

Spending your days replaying conversations, struggling to start tasks, or feeling like your brain just works differently can be exhausting. ADHD can leave you feeling constantly behind, anxiety keeps the inner noise turned up, and depression makes it hard to stay connected. I work with adults navigating these patterns, as well as individuals processing trauma or working through substance use. Whether you’re trying to quiet the noise or figure out why you process the world differently, sessions feel like a real, grounded conversation with low pressure, genuine warmth, and plenty of space to think out loud. Within a few weeks, people start noticing patterns they hadn't seen before, like what drives the cycle and what actually helps. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. Instead of a rigid model, I use these tools flexibly, focusing on actionable strategies, self-awareness, and approaches tailored specifically to you. How we learned to connect early in life shows up everywhere, from our communication to our boundaries and daily stress. My goal is to help you understand who you are, make sense of what has gotten in the way, and build practical tools that fit your life. I offer a free consultation. Reach out today and let us see if we are a good fit.

College can be exciting, but it can also bring a lot of pressure, uncertainty, and change. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship or family stress, difficult emotions, academic pressure, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. You might also notice old patterns showing up in new ways as you become more independent. I work with college students and young adults to better understand what they're experiencing, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships and communication, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. My style is warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I'll give you space to be yourself and talk openly, while also offering support, new perspectives, and gentle challenges when they can help you grow. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with what's happening for you right now and work together from there.

College can bring a lot of pressure—academically, socially, and personally. You may be dealing with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or burned out, struggling with confidence, or trying to figure out what you want for your future. You might also be adjusting to greater independence, navigating relationships, or exploring your identity and sense of belonging. I work with college students and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and life transitions. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I'll give you space to talk openly and feel heard without judgment, while also offering guidance, new perspectives, and practical strategies that can help you manage challenges and move forward. Therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. We'll work together to understand what's contributing to how you're feeling and find an approach that fits your needs, goals, and life.

Life can be incredibly challenging, confusing, and overwhelming. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe to slow down, reflect, and explore their internal experience. My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. Therapy is a place to build self-awareness, develop meaningful coping strategies, and ultimately feel more at home in yourself. Through curiosity and vulnerability, we cultivate the conditions for self-discovery, healing, and growth. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over ten years of experience. My areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, conflicts around cultural identity, life transitions, and academic and career struggles. I am particularly interested in helping clients who face conflicts around their race, culture, and identity. This may include first and second-generation immigrants who have the challenge of straddling multiple cultures and finding their authentic voice. I work pragmatically and collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL where I received the Walter Burke Award in Clinical Excellence and a Distinction of Honors on my Ph.D. Comprehensive Qualifying Paper. At Northwestern, I trained in psychodynamic and dialectical behavioral therapy and published several research papers on juvenile detainees and violence in persons with severe mental illness in peer-reviewed journals. I completed my internship at the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY where I treated adolescents, families, and adults in outpatient clinics, a Psychiatric Emergency Room, and on an adult inpatient unit. Afterward, I worked as an individual and group psychotherapist and clinical supervisor at the counseling center at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. At Fordham, I was also the outreach coordinator in which I regularly interacted with marginalized students on campus. In addition to working as a psychotherapist, I worked at the Harvard Business School assisting with the organizational psychology course, “Authentic Leadership Development.”

College and graduate school can leave very little room for your mind to slow down. You may replay conversations, stay awake worrying about everything you need to do, struggle to begin assignments until the pressure becomes overwhelming, or work constantly while still feeling as though you are falling behind. Anxiety, intrusive thoughts, disrupted sleep, and difficulty managing attention can consume time and energy that you want available for school, relationships, and the rest of your life. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Treatment is structured, active, and tailored to what is keeping you stuck. Depending on your needs, our work may include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and intrusive thoughts, CBT-I for insomnia, ACT-informed CBT, or executive functioning support for ADHD. We will identify the patterns affecting you, clarify your goals, and practice new responses between sessions so that therapy makes a meaningful difference in daily life. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or arrive with the right words. We will begin with what you are experiencing and develop a clear treatment plan that helps you spend less time managing worry, uncertainty, sleep, or focus and more time engaged in the parts of college and life that matter to you. I provide telehealth therapy throughout New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and North Carolina, as well as in-person appointments in Newton, Massachusetts. Reach out to request an initial phone consultation and explore whether my approach is a good fit for what you need.

Welcome, First of all, be sure to take a deep breath and know that whether you choose to work with me or someone else you will get through this process! Choosing a therapist is not an easy task. I look forward to setting up a time to speak with you after you review my clinical background and training. Most college students appreciate the sense of humor and warmth that I bring to our discussions. They feel connected and engaged with a real person who cares about them in a personal way. They also appreciate my ability to help them identify practical solutions to the academic and emotional issues that they voice in our meetings. My wide range of clinical experiences allow me to help my patients move through treatment with a sense of energy and a feeling that their strengths are both appreciated and enhanced throughout the treatment process. This close relationship allows them to open-up and identify a pathway forward in their life that is meaningful, clear, and solid. To provide you with some background I would note that I am a licensed psychologist who has worked with college students for years. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, college transition stress, social skill challenges and anger management. I also help students who need specialized support in managing the organizational, writing, or academic demands of a college environment. I meet with students in individual, group, and family therapy sessions depending on the need. I also support students and their families in situations where they are stepping down from a stay in an in-patient hospital or are trying to avoid a hospitalization. My approach to treatment is holistic in that I use a range of time-tested treatment interventions to identify and address your needs in a personalized manner. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about my approach to treatment in our first phone contact. I maintain an academic appointment at Harvard Medical School and serve as a Clinical Associate at McLean Hospital, the medical school's largest teaching psychiatric hospital. I have supervised numerous psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists over the course of my career and as such I am the Director of Training in my group practice, and I am currently training five psychology graduate students. Please feel free to email me at Perna@hms.harvard.edu or call me at 617-431-1441 in order to answer your questions. Good luck with your journey! https://www.copernican.solutions/david-a-perna-phd.html
