I work with college and boarding school students who are navigating intense emotions, uncertainty, and life transitions, offering virtual therapy that feels warm and casual while balancing clinical recommendations alongside your lived experience. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with evidence-based skills for emotional regulation and mindfulness, taught in a way that actually works. Priti Patel, M.A. (she/her), is a masters-level mental health clinician on the path to becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Neuroscience from Regis College and recently earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Priti brings experience providing outpatient mental health services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her current practice is primarily women-centered, focusing on culturally diverse adolescent girls (ages 14 and up) and women across the lifespan.
