My clients are often very conscious of the systemic stressors that make their lives more difficult, and come to me looking for support as they navigate challenges and imagine their futures. I specialize in identity exploration, trauma-focused practice, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I use a blend of talk therapy and drama therapy to engage my clients in reflection on their present challenges from an embodied perspective, and provide a fuller understanding of how their past shows up in their present.
