Making the decision to come to therapy can be a powerful one. I support individuals navigating the various pressures and stresses in their lives. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. In session, clients feel a space free of judgment where they can reconnect with their authentic selves. With that in mind, I approach sessions in a collaborative way with the hopes of building self-esteem and personal agency. In our sessions, you'll feel like you're part of a team and not up against the problem alone. I also help college students, young working professionals, and athletes manage all that comes with being in a high-pressured environment. My own experience as a collegiate athlete taught me the values of teamwork, resilience, and overcoming anxiety and self-doubt-- all qualities I aim to pass along to my clients. For all clients, mindfulness may be an important part of our work. I bring in tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as traditional talk therapy to help you establish healthy boundaries, control overwhelming emotions, and stay grounded in the present moment. I also have a special interest in working with athletes transitioning to life after their sports career. My training as a yoga teacher helps me to deeply understand the mind-body connection, and how identity can get tied up athletic performance. I’ll help you develop a new daily routine, find meaningful ways to incorporate exercise at a lower level, manage fluctuating mood, and develop strong relationships outside of sports. Our sessions will feel like you are supported in taking action steps in your life. I am here to listen and provide accountability with changes you are hoping to make in your life.

I specialize in working with clients who are navigating various life transitions and/or are members of the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, consensual nonmonogamy or kink/bdsm communities.

Or has a new life transition impacted you greatly and you don’t know where to go from here? I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in adolescence and young adulthood. I completed a fellowship at Mclean Hospital in Adolescent Mental Health. I was previously a psychologist at Mclean Hospital's Klarman Eating Disorders Center where I specialized in the care of individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and associated concerns. I enjoy working collaboratively with a client, couple, or family to understand how someone's struggles relate to their larger goals, hopes, and motivations and how to work to understand their experiences together and move closer to those goals. I use approaches to therapy that focus on understanding the role and functions of emotions and behaviors, understanding someone's experience in the context of relationships, and utilizing strengths and competencies in the therapy process. In addition to individual therapy, I have a passion for working with couples, families, and in relationship based therapies. I also provide parent consultation for parents supporting their child or adult child through an eating disorder. Please reach out if you have any questions and would like to schedule a complementary initial phone consultation.

I strive to create a strong, collaborative, and secure therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and understood. Together, we explore not just the challenges you’re facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals—both in therapy and in life. Many clients come to me ready to examine and unlearn patterns that no longer serve them. They’re seeking to address anxiety and depressed mood, life transitions, and/or interpersonal dynamics. Often their goals are to strive for meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and the skills to navigate life in a way that aligns with who they truly are. I work with them to develop practical strategies that promote resilience, balance, and a sense of empowerment. My approach to therapy is comprehensive, client-centered, and rooted in social justice, relational mindfulness, and purposeful self-reflection. I value collaboration and ensure that assessment, diagnosis, and treatment are tailored to each person’s unique experience. Above all, I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space where compassion, empathy, and support are met with clear, honest, and practical guidance. My passion is equipping clients with tools they can carry long after therapy ends—helping them shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotions more effectively, and confidently navigate life’s many demands. The more skills we develop, the more equipped you’ll be to handle future challenges with clarity and confidence.

You’re eager to come home to yourself, and grow roots there - no matter what life throws your way. Life can be both messy and beautiful, and sometimes in the drama we lose connection with the inner wisdom that helps us navigate the changing seasons. We might feel far from ourselves, longing for confidence, peace, and contentment. This is your invitation to rediscover yourself—to cultivate the joy, creativity, and inner wisdom that may have felt out of reach. Together, we’ll create a space that feels alive, compassionate, and safe for your whole self to unfold. I integrate expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and attachment-based approaches to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and your innate creative spark. Through movement, art, reflection, and presence, we’ll explore what it means to trust yourself again—to feel more grounded, open, and authentically you. I work with people who want to feel more rooted and confident in themselves—whether you're discovering who you are in new ways or moving through an important life change. Many of the folks I support are navigating transitions like entering young adulthood/quarterlife, shifting in midlife, or facing the complexities of major illness, grief, and end-of-life caregiving. I also walk with people exploring post-traumatic growth, reconnecting with creativity, or seeking a whole-person approach to wellbeing. Often, I simply meet people in that tender place of feeling tired and ready for something new. My style is collaborative, warm, and curious. I believe healing can include laughter, play, and moments of wonder alongside deep, authentic emotional work. As you strengthen self-compassion and your capacity for joy, you can begin to experience greater ease in your relationships and a more vibrant connection with life itself. Available via telehealth for folks in NH & MA

I especially enjoy working with young adults looking to gain more independence and autonomy.
