Are you searching for Whole-Person Healing Rooted in Mindfulness, Energy, and Emotional Balance? I've created a space where people are gently guided back to their most authentic selves—a place where both light and shadow are honored. I believe healing isn’t linear, and there’s no “right” way to grow. This is a space where shame, guilt, and self-doubt can be released from the body, and where your full humanity is embraced. We will cultivate tools and insight to help you reconnect with your truth and rise into your highest self.
As a Stanford trained psychologist, I combine insight-oriented with skill-based therapy approaches to help young adults and adults with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms find their way back to a fulfilling life. Do you feel sad and down for no apparent reason? Do you feel all alone and as though nobody understands you or sees your pain? Do you tend to overthink things? Do uncertainties of life scare you or do you feel like you need to control your environment to feel safe. You are not alone. Through my ability to read between the lines, I can see you and help you better understand yourself. We will work through subconscious challenges that interfere with your joy in life, growth, and path to healing. I also specialize in working with individuals and their family who struggle with the diagnosis of cancer or other medical conditions. I will help you find ways to cope with fear, loss and uncertainty related to your condition and make sense of your situation productively. Let's work together to help you thrive with your disease. PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT: In addition to therapy, I provide a variety of psychological assessment services, including mental health evaluations for adults in legal proceedings (civil and criminal); psychodiagnostic evaluations to inform treatment and clarify diagnostics; and neurocognitive assessments. When your mind won’t slow down, your heart feels heavy, or your story feels complicated, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship patterns. My style is gentle, direct, and a little playful; think compassion with a dash of humor. Together we’ll untangle what’s hurting, strengthen what’s working, and help you feel more like you. Therapy works best when you can show up as yourself. I integrate different tools and interventions to match your needs, whether you want deeper insight, practical coping skills, or both. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe. Healing can be hard, but it’s still worth it. If you’re curious about working together, contact me by phone or email, or text (970) 829-8780. I see clients in Boulder, Broomfield, and Lakewood.
I have over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of college-age clients from all walks of life. With my background as both a special education teacher and college and career counselor, I enjoy helping clients explore their identity, increase self-confidence and autonomy, and overcome fears (or whatever else is blocking them from living well). As a therapist, most of the clients I see experience OCD, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I tailor treatment to my clients’ individual needs and create a warm, supportive environment in sessions where they can truly be themselves without judgment.
As a therapist, I offer insight-oriented therapy, which includes deep self-reflection, exploration of your hopes and goals, and artistic exploration. My practice focuses on attachment work, which helps people to strengthen their connection with their truth and authenticity. Being true to ourselves leads to greater self-worth, intuition, empathy, and better relationships. We can more confidently pursue our passions and purpose, and be more clear on our next steps in life. Young adults often see me to address the transition to college or graduation from college. Others are dealing with difficult family dynamics, including situations where their identities or life choices are not accepted or respected by family members. Some are seeking guidance as they develop their professional identity and consider their life trajectory. Others are healing from trauma, including sexual assault or abuse. The tools I draw on when working with young adults include talk therapy and EMDR—and I also find mediums like sand tray and art therapy to be useful. I offer sessions in-office or nature-based. I have dedicated years to working with trauma survivors. I understand how trauma hijacks the body and mind, leaving us dysregulated, confused and ashamed. I approach each client as unique, appreciating all aspects of identity. I am dedicated to helping my clients transform old stories of shame and embrace their true worth. I spent much of my adult life working in Emergency Medicine as a Paramedic before going to the Physician Assistant program at Loma Linda University in Southern California. After graduating from there in 2018, I spent the past five years working in addiction medicine in a residential treatment program in Boulder, Colorado. Working in addiction medicine, I commonly assisted adult patients, of all ages, dealing with anxiety, depression, cravings, withdrawal symptoms and sleep challenges. Patients would often come to me wanting to reduce their amount of medications to just what was helpful and necessary and I would take a lot of pride in helping them achieve that goal. Genetic testing provides a helpful tool to initially choose, change or adjust a dose of a particular medication. I believe that it is important to meet an individual where they are in the healing process and to address the whole person rather than just the presenting problem or symptom. To address the “whole person” requires getting a detailed history and a partnership between patient and provider. Establishing such a partnership gives me great joy.
I believe in a body centered, mindful approach that combines evidenced based nutrition practices, resulting in an integrative and holistic approach to better nutrition, improved energy, increased mental clarity and optimal health. I enjoy helping clients develop strategies to meet their nutrition and health goals by finding foods that fit for each individual person. I do this, most importantly, by listening to their stories and experiences, honoring their unique bodies and coming up with nutrition protocols that address issues related to different disease states, food choices, supplementation and lifestyle interventions. I work often with the following conditions: eating disorders, gut health, chronic conditions, weight issues, nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities/allergies, cardiovascular conditions, mental health and nutrition, immune related conditions and overall nutrition challanges.
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or ready for meaningful change? Are you looking for more than just symptom management to understand yourself more deeply, develop healthier patterns, and create a life that feels more aligned and authentic? As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I help you explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools. My specialties include navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and questions around identity and purpose. Every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. As your therapist, I strive to be a compassionate and collaborative partner in your healing process and look forward to supporting you as you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection with yourself. I believe therapy is a space where you should feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace. Our work together is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity to achieve just that, integrating evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, cognitive-based interventions, and person-centered therapy to help you better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and build a stronger relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and inner world. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals, using this same collaborative and compassionate style throughout our work together. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you reconnect with your own strengths and wisdom. My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own deep interest in human healing, self-discovery, and the ways people transform through meaningful support and connection. A background in Mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative practices deepened my appreciation for the complexity of the human experience and the importance of approaching each person with compassion and curiosity. I bring this same warmth, authenticity, and a holistic perspective to each session now while honoring each patient's unique story and journey. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, traveling, practicing yoga and meditation, reading, and exploring creative and spiritual practices. I also love learning about different cultures, spending time with loved ones, and finding moments of curiosity and wonder in everyday life.

I am an ANCC board certified nurse practitioner specializing in the identification, treatment, and management of psychological disorders. I received both my masters and doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. I am certified across the lifespan but specialize in treating adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health conditions. My work history includes not only medication management in both inpatient and outpatient settings, but also psychotherapy with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have written several book chapters and journal articles that have been published in literature directed towards primary care providers. Collaborating and coordinating patient care amongst all care providers is something that I have always integrated into my practice as it is very important in guiding successful and holistic outcomes. It is my goal to provide patient centered care in a way in which each patient feels heard, validated, and an integral part of their own treatment.
